Rated 1 out of 5 by from I can't believe I have to pay to do taxes I wasn't able to edit my forms directly UNLESS I had the download/software version. So I bought that AFTER I already paid to submit the taxes online BECAUSE the online version assigned a form I didn't need which created an endless loop of trying to edit two f'ing fields. I will be looking for a different software solution next year. Waste of time and money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax hidden fees are ridiculous. TurboTax advertises itself as free, easy to use & convenient. However, I wound up being charged $167 at the very end for what was supposed to be something AFFORDABLE! I will be looking to use a different tax service next year as TurboTax is deceptive.
