He was helpful and although it was determined there was a glitch on the site that we couldn't work around, he stuck with it and directed me through a federal e-file and mail state.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fixed my mistake. Increased my refund amount! I entered wrong information and reduced my refund. Couldnt figure out how to fix it. Live chat agent was able to fix the issue and correct my refund amount. Quickly!!!!!@ These people rock!!!
