Rated 2 out of 5 by from Quick, Easy, But Expensive TurboTax was quick and easy. The new timing feature was helpful, but did underestimate how long it would take. Easy to use, but very expensive for simply entering data into a handful of boxes.

I just don’t understand how I’m “saving money” if I’m spending over half my tax return to pay for the services. I wish it was very transparent about the fees and services.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easier every year This year's new picture feature made entering my 3 W2s faster than entering 1 W2 in yesteryear's edition. I was nervous when it changed my recommended deduction from standard to itemized, but it autofilled everything for me and gave me a significantly larger refund. Thanks again, TurboTax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really helps when you have multiple jobs without Turbo Tax I would not be able to file my (7) W2 forms and (3) 1099 forms. I work too many jobs and without this service i would have to hire a full time accountant but with turbo tax i can do it myself.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Additional Fees I had selected the standard $59 package however it forces you to select 2 options when finalizing the efile which then forced for me to have to pay in total $216 in fees. I thought when choosing direct deposit standard it was no cost. unfortunately I paid the fees because I had no other option. disappointed with this
