Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Get It Done I have been using TurboTax from the first day it was issued and growing with them since. TurboTax eliminates calculation errors - we all know this, but it is an important feature. Filling on-line immediately after completion and confirmation of IRS acceptance allows peace of mind that you are finished with the previous tax year and can turn attention to the current tax year. All this said - TurboTax helps a taxpayer find deductions and displays resource material about a deduction. For me, the ability to ADD SUPPORTING INFORMATION is a very strong feature to both detail and serve as a record for a particular entry. Finally, I like the ability to look at individual forms along with step-by-step data entry method. Suffice it to say - TurboTax is a great tool & application for doing both Federal & State taxes. I would not change to another tax preparation tool - TurboTax has everything I need to input my tax record information fast, securely, and with confidence it is correct.

The process is easy and the live agent Christina was so thorough. She worked diligently to research all possible ways to make sure we were receiving the best refund possible. Not only was she professional but very kind and patient with all of our questions and addressed all issues swiftly and effectively. We will definitely use your service next year! Thank you Christina, you made what could be a grueling process so much easier for us!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax has its purposes I have been using Turbotax for over 40 years, and I have never been audited. Turbotax is easy to use and they explain every functions of the tax forms in a way that makes it understandable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works pretty well. Some items like K-1 form didn't fill in completely until 3rd try. Have missed some items (ie. not all correct as stated by Turbo Tax) in past, though it didn't effect final tax number. Might in future?
