I thought I was on my way with no trouble.Then came the trouble of my taxes being rejected after several attempts and talking to people for help nothing fixed it. Now I have to file by mail which is something I wanted to avoid. Even paying for extra services I was left to do everything by myself and having to figure out what I need to do.

It was easy to input my information once I figured out where it needed to go. I'm hoping that it was only unorganized because of how crazy 2020 was. Overall, fairly easy
