Rated 2 out of 5 by from could be improved. I have use this for 8 years. Every year there is a different "glitch" that takes hours for me to figure out. It shouldn't be that hard.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is Never Free Every step they make you look at the stuff you already filled out and then try to make you spend more money by putting you into unskippable pages that will recommend you to experts for a huge fee. Also the option I originally picked said 59$ but I was charged nearly 200$ after all is said and done.

I had a couple of tricky things that were confusing to me, but the Live Chat solved my issue and put me at ease to file a correct tax return. Super quick, easy, thorough!
