Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty easy but at times confusing Most of it was pretty easy to do, but would suggest we get an option to just take the standard deduction. It was cumbersome and time consuming to look up all the receipts and then be told you don't need them. Some of the jargon/acronyms were difficult to understand. The automatic download worked better this year than any past year. All told I was pleased and was able to prepare my taxes in about 2 hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from With Turbotax, taxes are a walk in the park I never thought I could do the taxes on my own but this year I gave TurboTax a chance and will be forever grateful. The process was easy and the steps were easy to follow and understand. I will be doing my own taxes from now on knowing that Turbotax will walk me through the process.
