I had used Turbo Tax for years, doing my own taxes, and on those occasions when I needed help had always found good advise and help readily available from the Turbo Tax experts. Therefore, resorting to Turbo Tax full service for our 2022 tax year was a natural choice and did not disappoint. Our expert was very knowledgeable, readily available, and made the whole process very easy! The price was more than reasonable. We were totally satisfied.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from had so many problems with software I got errors everytime I hit updates. Had to uninstall and reinstall every time. Learned this when I hired a computer person as I did not know why it did this. They indicated this was a known problem with Turbo Tax and it was just my turn to experience the problem. Not happy.
