Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is criminal. Every year I have to do my taxes, every year I wish they were simple. Every year turbo tax takes 10% of my tax refund like criminals. One day your company will pay the price for you're greed and someone will get hurt.

The tax filing is easy but i don't understand why there are SO many fees to file with Turbo Tax When Ih first started using them they claimed the services were "free" Last year and this year I paid over $100 just to file with TurboTax. This is way too much. i didnt even need an agent-my taxes are as easy as they get.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from IT'S SO EASY I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! I have never had a website work so effortlessly for me! I could change my email without hassle, but it was secure at the same time. I was able to securely file my taxes and it was so simple!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is just OK. Unless you have only the basic income and deductions it is not user friendly. You must know how to deduct certain items yourself even if you use the "step by step" option
