Rated 4 out of 5 by from TT IS VERY VERY COMPLEX. NOT PERFECT FOR A NEWBY. TT SEEMED TO EXPECT THE USER TO KNOW JUST WHAT AND WHY SOMETHING WAS BEING DONE AND SO THERE WAS LESS EXPLANATION OF BOTH WHAT AND WHY - AND I REALLY NEEDED THAT TYPE OF INFO.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect With One Minor Flaw I have great success every year using TurboTax to file my federal and state taxes. This year a minor glitch occurred. I completed my taxes, but held off filing electronically to ensure I had received all forms from employer, banks, credit union, etc. I waited about a month. When I tried to open it again, TurboTax could not retrieve it. I called customer service. The representative took over my computer to use special steps to get the file to come up, but I couldn't understand all instructions. Either the representative got extra busy and hung up, or I lost the connect. I had to redo my entire input again.
