I'm thankful that such a service exists so that someone like myself doing it for the first time could get it done relatively pain-free. There were times when things could have been a little more clear. Also, I think it would have been helpful to know exactly which return forms you are working on while the process is taking place. Overall, positive experience! Thank you TurboTax!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from decent but pricey the process is pretty easy and simple, I did not use a representative and still was charge 211$ for something a automated system did there's not ethically reason why they charged me this especially when I'm a student and didn't receive more than 800 in return
