Rated 2 out of 5 by from Difficult There are too many screens to click through to get to each input sheet. Each time you visit, it requires all the screens again. Also many things are impossible to find. There should be boxes to take taxpayer to different parts of the return directly. It was frustrating and difficult to find out how to credit part of Federal refund to next year. And the system could not credit part of the state refund to next year. I needed the help of Turbotax live persons and then they needed to consult with program people to get answers. The program should be much easier and more user friendly. I am a tax professional and find Turbotax difficult.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Complicating something simple Inputing the return was relatively easy as I have used tutbotax 10 plus years. The proble is the difficulty in getting an account setup to use my credit card to pay the state return transmission fee. You should not need to setup an account. Since my email is already in the system, it rejects me trying to setup an account. This is a pain in the you know what.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees Overall, I like how easy it is to file with turbo tax - but it would be nice to know all the fee's up front instead of allowing you to see how much it will cost in the beginning and then adding extra fees at the end.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax gets me thru it! The "guide me" part of the program is wonderful but If I want to double check something I can always select the area I wish to look at again without having to follow all the steps. Will continue to be a Turbotax user!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TT is good, but needs cleaner explanations I did not have a problem overall with the process. It was not cumbersome, but it still has errors in the processes that need to be explained more simply. I was unable to do some of the calculations and can only hope I will not be penalized by IRS, such as on the mileage breakdown.
