Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax representative Ann was great Our tax representative Ann was great. She assisted us from beginning to end gave us the information we needed and showed us the scenarios before and after. We were able to get it done quickly. Ann also answered our questions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Took way too long! I completed my taxes and wanted to have my taxes reviewed by a tax expert, but the wait was two weeks. I decided to have a tax expert DO my taxes (so much to of the work was done). It took over one month to actually get my taxes filed from the time I decided to switch services. While I feel the taxes were done properly, it was not prompt. I will not use this service again. I wall pay a bit more with the local accountant.

The folks I have spoken too are friendly and helpful. And it's so easy as you get step by step instructions!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING EXPERINCE I did the turbo experience with a live expert. Marie was extremely helpful and to the point. She had good communication and was very patient as I was getting the documents together. Usually taxes cause me a lot of stress, Not this year!
