Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is worth it! This is our 9th year using TT for both state and federal filing. This year had a couple of glitches related to HSA and health insurance but I used the plan that allowed me to get a call from an agent to help. Worked well.

There were a few times I had to go back over information and re enter things but for the most part it was a good experience I am looking forward to next year because I know it will be much easier from everyone I spoke with who uses this product. wish I would have done it sooner instead of paying someone I had a couple of question that the helpful hints couldn't answer and a person called the next day and walked me through the whole processes and showed me what to do They were very Helpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Full Time Students Should Be Free Love the product and pretty easy to use. Very disappointed the "free version" isn't free for a student who has a withdrawal from a 529 plan and received a 1099-Q. Next year I will go with another company.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustrated Overall I was frustrated with TurboTax. It took me multiple days to input my income, as I have multiple income sources and it would not let me delete forms that were created, which created an issue when going to file, and I had to file by mail, rather than e-file. I will be using a different system next year.
