Both times I was called back, heard that this call may be monitored, then "Sorry we missed you..". They didn't miss me, but simply weren't there. I finally went to Live Help, did receive a call, but not sure the information I received was correct. For $210 I expected better!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used Turbo Tax for years. The questions on the return increase each year. I wish the tax code was simpler. I don't know how anyone can do their taxes without this program or an accountant. Advantage is that it keeps your former information.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Continuous program issues and poor service E-filed my federal return but wanted to wait to file state of Ohio. After fed return was accepted, and next day tried to e-file state. Said I owed an additional $25 to file. I shouldn't have, but wanting to get this over with tried to pay, but program won't accept payment. Called service center 3 times, no help. They finally gave up and said to just snail mail the return. I've been a TT user for a loooong time, but seriously considering something else as their service and program has deteriorated in the past couple years.
