I'm going through the process of getting a divorce and wasn't sure how I should file since we didn't live together at all in 2020. I wasn't sure how to file and TurboTax made it easy to do. Overall pleased with the process

Marisela was a Godsend, not only was she able to get everything squared away, she seemed excited and ready for the challenge. Don't know what I would have done without her!

She carefully reviewed everything with me whilst addressing all my concerns as well. This was my first time using TurboTax it was so simple, clear & concise. I will no longer use anything else. It was a hassle free and speedy experience; and I’m sure to use this service again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This year was god awful! $300+ for nothing My experience so far has been the worse in over 10 years with this company. I paid over $300 for assistance this year which I'm being told is over double what an independent account would charge. Now the company is giving me the whole run around about filing my state after just under 2 months. Several requests for managers and supervisors with nothing in return.
