Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but sometimes difficult to navigate Live experts hung up on me. When i go to turbo tax website, they say they know what i need and start me with the wrong product. I have to search the internet for my business needs. They have a lot of infoe which helps.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 2022 TurboTax Deluxe FLAWED This year's software is full of glitches. A routine update when I was halfway through doing my taxes wiped out all of my information. I also encountered random do-loops that hampered progress in several locations, as well as bizarre error messages. The very poor electric car tax credit section, which required far too much user effort that was wasted after entry by a command to go to the IRS website to double-check the program's calculation, was the last straw. I doubt I'll be using TurboTax again next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gotten Worse I've used Turbo Tax for the past 10 years at least. These past two years I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of the product. I realized that you want all your customers filing their return on the website. There has been little to no support for the CD version of the products - especially the state versions.
