Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comprehensive Though I used the basic plan ie Premium, the prompts were comprehensive and easy to follow. I liked the various links that explain the entire process all the way to end where you submit your file.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It Was Very Empowering! I always have had others to do my taxes because it seemed overwhelming and so very difficult. I am not an accountant and not great with numbers. Turbo Tax did all of that for me. Also it answered my questions in a way I could understand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX NO LONGER INEXPENSIVE AND EASY I had more difficulties with TT than ever before. I got help and they were very nice, but it still took too much time... about 9 hours! The price was far higher than I paid in previous years. I won't be using it again.
