Rated 3 out of 5 by from Craziest App I've Ever Used Navigating the app was strange. The tracking bar on the right would disappear when the cursor got close. Then I had to adjust the size of the page, sometimes smaller, sometimes larger. This happened continually throughout the process, and did the exact same thing last year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EASY TO USE SOFTWARE AS ALWAYS TURBO TAX WAS EASY TO USE AS ALWAYS. I RAN INTO A PROBLEM CONCERNING AN ENDOWMENT POLICY THAT I WASN'T SURE WHERE TO ENTER THE FUNDS AND THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPED ME WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN AND WALK ME THROUGH THE FORM

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very complicated and had some filing errors. Fairly complicated and not what is advertised. Had some errors in it where I entered info in the info sheets but did not get filled in to the actual forms. Thank God I caught it. That would have been a $1,500 error!
