Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great, the Live part, not so much. Bottom line up front: TurboTax is great; TurboTax Live isn't worth the extra money. TurboTax delivers a quality, easy-to-use product; however, the constant upsell is a bit obnoxious. I usually end up getting the Live version, and I usually end up regretting it. The expert review only happens if you have an error; if not, they just ask if you have any questions; well, not really, I don't know what to ask. I asked two questions during my use of the product, first I was given the wrong information, and second, they basically told me to google it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very thorough. Turbo Tax is thorough in guiding one through the cumbersome tax submittal process. It asks questions to assure you submit all the appropriate documents and informs of any errors in the process. Wading through the deductions and 1099-B is a long drawn out process, almost like the government made it painful on purpose.

Most of my 2021 Turbo Tax information automatically imported from last year, reducing the need for me to retype information for this year's taxes. Highly recommend!
