Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wouldn't consider anything else at this point! The interface is first-rate and when you need help it is readily available and also first-rate. The tax expert who helped me through the five items TurboTax found that needed clarifying was amazingly helpful and they were quickly and easily resolved. Keep up the great work TurboTax!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from FEES FEES FEES While the actual experience of having the confusing process of taxes simplified; the convenience comes to a halt when finalizing filing and paying. There are exorbitantly high fees for smallest of refund convenience given. Not given much alternative, we are forced to pay for taxes. Also TurboTax also pushes its upgrades and chooses these as defaults which is so annoying. the ability to convey my living status is also extremely frustrating.
