Rated 1 out of 5 by from The workers smell bad If could give zero stars, I would. They say, Do taxes in 28 min. Ya guess again. Try like 33min. Also...what the heck with the FREE help?? My brain hurts.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gale was fantastic Gale was fantastic. Your state tax return directions are terrible. I am in limbo because I don't know what to do. I downloaded my "state return," which I have never done in Florida. But Turbo Tax thought it would be a good idea, wrong. I want this fixed immediately, and I want a representative to contact me so this gets fixed and taken off my bill.

Quick links to FAQs or explanations of line items really made me feel confident that I was filing accurately.
