Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not use "Assisted Premier" I thought a professional could review an entire file which I entered but she just looked for an error to be corrected. Less than an hour job. Also, they don't refund you once you sign up. Watch out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have tried others but TurboTax is better I have a great deal of tax prep anxiety so, last year, I tried Jackson Hewitt. I thought steering away from my normal TurboTax prep and going somewhere where someone would do it for me would be better. It wasn't. It was so much worse. While TurboTax doesn't take away all of my tax anxiety, I can file my taxes with confidence that it is done correctly and knowing that I will be helped out if I need it. Taxes suck; TurboTax makes it a tiny bit better.
