I've been filing with them for 5 years now and keep coming back because it is so easy, helpful, and fast! Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a Great Help! This is my first time filing my taxes, and TurboTax pretty much holds your hand throughout the whole process and always gives you detailed descriptions of parts you dont understand and offers expert help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and simple, as usual My experience with TurboTax is always easy and efficient. It's pretty much a walkthrough or step-by-step of filing your taxes. There are usually guides or help menu pop-ups in each section that you can click on if a little confused. My taxes are usually not much involved, but TurboTax is still incredibly easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easier than I expected Every year they add things that make it easier to file. I didn't have to hunt down my documents I got in the mail, I was able to import them from my bank and such. So helpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Helpful - only one annoyance! Very helpful, very easy to use and navigate. Hate the Credit Karma distraction at the end, when all you are looking for is the "Direct Deposit" box to click, it's buried behind the Credit Karma pop up - distracting and annoying.
