Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is TERRIBLE I filed an easy tax return with your online service and was charged over $350 compared to last year when I bought the CD for $60. I could have paid to someone to do my taxes for less. I requested a return on my purchase, but was never contacted. I even talked to 2 people online that were no help. On top of that, my return was rejected. AWFUL. If I could give worse than 1, I would. Not expecting to hear a response. If it's not a good review, you don't care.
