Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax online is convenient I usually have a good experience. I ran into some snags this time because I was told I had to complete some information before moving forward. I had completed everything. I did get turbo tax assistance which was very helpful. Turbo should let us know in the help section that we can delete it if it doesn't apply instead of having need review it if you've already reviewed it. I had to delete it to move forward. I couldn't just enter "0". I wasted a lot of time on the self-employment section. I made no money last year and had to delete it, but I wasn't told it was safe until I called for help.

Yet I have to re-enter information it should already have, or go back to look up information in order to re-enter it on a different page. Considering how much it costs, I expect it to minimize my effort. No improvement over last year.
