Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE TURBO TAX!!!!! IT IS REALLY EASY TO USE. IF YOUR W-2'S HAVE A CONTROL NUMBER IT WILL AUTO POPULATE ALL THE INFORMATION FOR YOU WHICH MEANS YOU GET IT DONE FASTER

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy program - hard to get a live agent The tax program was fine. However, very difficult start. Our disc would not work. Tried another computer. Still would not work. Shut computer down - still would not work. Disc never worked. Call support and the computer program could not hear and understand me. Took about 12 minutes to get to a live agent. Then got transferred with no heads up so had to start from scratch. Finally downloaded the program. We never had internet before COVID and my employer pays for it now, but we never got disc to work. If you have no internet then our disc would not work. We were fed up and said we were going back to H&R BLOCK next year. After the download, the program was easy and we are ready to file. Program I give two thumbs up but we had a lot of problems getting the program to start so two thumb downs there. Guess this means I give two thumbs sideways.
