Rated 4 out of 5 by from Everything was good until I went to e-file I wanted to e-file both my free federal and my $20 (plus fee) state return but the software would not let me. It had me save but when I pushed continue it would not let me, and when I pushed for more help it also would not do anything. I read and tried many of the help solutions but nothing worked. I spent several hours trying to do what should have been a very simple task and ran out of time. At the last minute I had to print off a copy and have my husband run to the post office with it. I had no problem finishing it up all e-file last year. A very sour ending my Turbo Tax experience this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved my life (with the IRS) After having the guys that name starts with an H and end with a block failed me to e-file my taxes, TurboTax saved me! way easier, and cheaper than the "other guys" definitely recommend!!
