Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Works Turbo tax is great and it's nice that everything is calculated for you. The only disappointment is that the advertisement always mentions free tax repair and each year it seems like we are paying more when we only do standard deductions!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't Be Easier! Seven years in a row I have used Turbo Tax to file my Federal Income Tax. It could not be easier. I trust their technology and appreciate all the checks and double checks for accuracy. I know I always get the maximum refund by using Turbo Tax.

At the beginning the process seemed straight forward, however I was mislead into purchases services I didn't need for my simple tax return. I called 4 times trying to process a refund for the services, and was told that my claim was not there even though I had processes two separate requests. I finally gave up and filled my taxes, but I will not be back again next year.
