The simplicity of the software combined with the added protection they offer gives me peace of mind that taxes are done right year after year. If there are audits, identity theft issues, etc. I know that I don't have to worry with the added help that is offered to me. It is a quick and simple process that gets one more thing on my to do list done well so that I don't have to worry about it.
