Rated 2 out of 5 by from Way too many bugs. All of the tax part was great but I had to adjust screen resolution to enter the activation key because the entry boxes weren't shown. Then, when I entered my credit card information to pay the state fees, I had to toggle the zoom from 100% to 125% back and forth several times just to see the boxes to enter my information.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from abit lacking this year it did not give me an option to correct, and two after sent updates came across that would have given me more money :( now my refund is off in wonderland and cannot get any info on it!! Ps I dont wait tell the last minute to file in hopes this software is up to date.. i have used turbo tax for ten years and next yr i will be going elsewhere , tried calling number and its just a computer...not cool

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Estate This was ok but truthfully not as helpful as turbo tax is for individuals. Estates can be more complicated and I did not feel that it asked all of the right questions when going through the process, which had me having to reach out for help alot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax software is excellent. We have used Turbo Tax for many years. TurboTax software is user friendly. the step by step process is excellent. Easy to switch to forms if you like to see the actual forms. It did take a long time to get a credit for a state form we inadvertently purchased. That was not a good experience.
