Rated 2 out of 5 by from I’ve had it 1. Asked to efile. 2. Strangely asked for my wife’s AGI for 2022 (we are Married Filing Jointly) 3. Could find no such number on our 2022 return 4. Entered our joint AGI and 5. Efiled. 6 applause then got text that IRS and OH efilings had both been rejected because Jacqueline’s AGI did not match some AGI from our 2021. 7 Why was this? No way to ask and get answer. 8. Said must get IRS transcript, applied, had to start and account AND get ID.me and couldn’t get IRS app to accept the required photo of my drivers license. STUCK and no help - TurboTax response to my typed questions were no help and I could not find a phone number. Finally after fussing around for 3+ hours gave up and am filing by mail. You absolutely should have explained the AGI issue and had a phone contact available. Inexcusable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It Makes life simpler! I have been doing my taxes using Turbo Tax for more than 20 years! It has never failed me. When I started my business I upgraded and even though there were a few problems in the beginning...turbo tax came through.
