The tool is very easy to use, every year i put of doing my taxes becuause i feel like its going to be a PITA, but afterwords i realize how easy it was. I really like your ability to import my W2 and pull my past years turbo-tax details. The ONLY thing i dont like is how the CD Key works, it said we can do five taxes but it would only let me install once. Very hard to deal with when each family member has their own laptop - seriously think about fixing this as its going to be a dealbreaker on future uses.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is a good way to do it yourself This year i felt turbo tax was a little confusing in some areas. Some questions were not clear as to how i should answer them. It all worked out in the end. I will see how next years taxes come out. The pricing since 2012 when i first started has more than tripled. Hopefully that will slow down a little.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very predatory Accidently clicking an option to upgrade results in you having to figure out how to delete your entire return and start over again, the charge is for both federal and state tax so you should think of it as 2X as much as it says
