Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS STILL A GREAT SOFTWARE It has been years since I used Turbo Tax. I decided to start using them again my stimulus payment was send to a 3rd party bank. Be mindful it can still happen with Turbo Tax if you pay your fees with your refund. If you sign anything for a bank to receive your money first and distribute your money to you afterwards then that will be the account the IRS has on file. It is just like choosing an advance on your refund. It was a little confusing and I had to reach a tech. The tech was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of how to walk me through the software. I am going to be using it again instead of paying hundreds of dollars and having the wrong direct deposit on file with the IRS.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cannot fix VT review TurboTax is alright but when I ran into a problem on my Vermont return there was no way to fix it. It would not allow me to directly edit the forms (they used to let you do that). So I was not able to file my return even though I paid for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best product ever !!! There is no competition with turbo tax. It has really changed my perspective on filing taxes. I feel like filing and paying taxes with turbo tax. I will use it over and over, this is one product i will continuously willing to use till my last breath :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from just ok prefer cd version Did not like this online version. I prefer the desktop cd version. I feel it was more helpful and more in control. I've been doing our taxes with cd version for the past 10+ years and it always knew my info and imported required info. I did not like that the online version did not know me and would not look up my info, nor would remember it even after I uploaded last years turbotax file.
