Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was a good experience Most of the topics and categories were clearly explained, however, there were a few things that were confusing and I had to re-read more than twice. The added fees at the end (state e-file fee and refund processing fee) were a surprise. They should have been disclosed when product was purchased (or was it in the small print?). I didn't have a refund last year, so that could be the difference.
