Rated 3 out of 5 by from too many upsells locked me in to last years price I was disappointed that I had to stick with premier live for $170. When I started that was the default. So I immediately called to downgrade to just the premier for $90. The agent walked me through, so I thought I was all setup until I went to check out to see the price was still $170 with no way to down grade except starting all over. ridiculous.

A review of the entire return helps catch anything that may still need attention. E-filing is the absolute best. The whole process is easy; I'm the slowest part, procrastination gets me every time!! Have done TurboTax for years and plan to continue.
