Rated 5 out of 5 by from The CPAs that Turbo Tax hired this year are great I worked with Turbo Tax this year in a very complicated tax situation for us. At the same time, the tax code was in flux, under the kind CARES Act and TurboTax programmers had to update it in real time. The CPAs and staff, particularly Charles in LA, were excellent, inspired a lot of confidence in their up-to-date knowledge. It can take a little time to talk to the person as they are jammed, which is probably a reason to file soonest. Considering everything, it was a good experience.

The on-screen dialogue and questions give the sense that I'm sitting down with a nice tax advisor who makes the whole process a bit less intimidating. Thanks for helping me file!
