Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Service, But For This Cost? The site and all they have to offer make filing from your home pretty easy. My major complaint, however, is the pricing. I was initially told this would be $119, but then while checking out discovered that did NOT include a state tax file, which would be an extra $59. I really wish I could rate the service higher because it's genuinely good and very helpful, but hidden costs and not knowing what you're getting into right up front is not a good business model at all. By time all the fees were calculated, I'm fairly certain I would have paid around half of that if I'd have had a local tax person file my taxes in person.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is great This was great but unfortunately I bought my turbotax package at staples, not knowing that it was not going to work with my old operating system. I had to repurchase it on-line. It was a double expense. Then I could not download last years taxes. That was a first. But otherwise it was great. Took longer than expected and Mike who helped me through all of this was also great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy and fanTAXtic I love how easy and organized Turbo Tax is - I get very anxious around taxes and do not have the most well-rounded education on tax information, so Turbo Tax makes it easy to understand and find the correct information! Turbo Tax has several points in the process where I can ask questions and helpful hints and tips on where I can find the information I need. This process was quick, painless, and easy to work through.
