Rated 2 out of 5 by from turbotax has some major glitches! Too many times the slides did not move to the next one...and I would have to go back and reenter information more than once. Even with the assistance of customer service rep, we had to reenter information several times. She was patient with me.

Tried filing with the free version by myself but it was showing that I owed money so I upgraded to Turbo Tax Live Assisted Basic and used chat to talk with someone who was able to walk me through what I had done and find the mistakes and get a refund instead of paying!
