Rated 4 out of 5 by from Inconvenient that I have to mail state return I wish I didn't have to mail documents for my state return myself. I feel like the blanket pricing of $39 isn't really fair, given there are levels of convenience/ease depending on which state you are filling with. The value I get out of filing through Turbotax for hawaii is minimal compared to easier, online filing states... yet i'm still paying $39.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very good because of help available! We did engage with an expert and her help was superior. She even was able to help by sharing our screen when we were "stuck"! Over the years we have found more complexity and thus the help is needed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from State taxes most expensive in market While every other tax service charges $15 to file state taxes, Turbo Tax charges $49. Federal Taxes are also higher than everyone else, you can do it for $20 most other places without having to pay more if you trade stocks or earn misc income.
