Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still love TurboTax after 20 years Easy to walk through (as usual) even though I had some additional complications to deal with, to include transition to retirement, inheritance, IRA conversions & withdrawals, etc... Will continue to use it and recommend it to my friends.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too Buggy for words I have used Turbo Tax for more than 15 years. I have always found it intuitive and pretty easy to use. This years program is neither. I had problems with the 1099 NEC and the Efiling on a MAC problem. Neither were unsolvable but were also unnecessary. What happened to the program looking for updates when you open it? How hard would it be to put a comment on the NEC screen in income that if you have business expenses enter it through schedule C? Several places it bizarrely changed entries on business expenses and ended up doubling it with multiple NEC's. I also miss the ability to open a specific form in the review process and override the info if it is incorrect. Particularly as the easy step seemed to create more missteps than anything. This is the third return we have done. The first was done by a different member of the family and. she too kept going in circles. We are both college graduates who have used Turbo Tax for years. Note:My Business is very small . It generates 1800 Gross per year. I should not have to pay more for an upgraded program to add that to our taxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst year for TurboTax We have been happy with TurboTax in the past, filing for ~20 years. This year it was AWFUL: 1. TurboTax provided tax forms VERY LATE!--some 3/3/2021 !! 2. TurboTax promised to provide ALL Form 1116, but then didn't provide 1116 Schedule B. 3. This meant I had to file by mail both Federal & State taxes, and figuring out 1116 Sch. B on my own. TurboTax should provide a refund

I am very pleased with the product and accuracy of the filing. the rates are reasonable for an easy to use product that helps walk you through in easy to understand terms rather than using the gov't forms yourself.
