Rated 3 out of 5 by from Still useful, but buggier. I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years now. Last year, I noticed some usability issues. This year it's gotten worse, including the problem of repeatedly asking for license activation. Official answer from Intuit had 4 suggestions, and none worked. Luckily I came across another user's thread suggesting the problem is caused by having a USB drive attached to my computer. Removing that USB drive solved my problem. Maybe your QA process or priority has changed for the worse?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Success with TurboTax I spoke with two different agents along this long lonely process of filing my 2019 and 2020 this year. Both agents made the process feel less lonely and both agents were very helpful with both the directions they shared and products that I would need to find success. The TurboTax site once started is also helpful along the path of Federal & state forms. Thank you for another successful two years!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not helpful for crypto currencies I used Turbo Tax Home & Office. It is not helpful for Crypto currencies at all. Although it says clearly "Plus everything in Premier". Premier suppose to have Crypto currencies. But this does not have.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Changes a little frightening this year My income is very low, and I've used TurboTax comfortably for years. Even so... questions came up this year that concerned me for the first time, and my banking institution also found the area concerning RMD questions, confusing..
