Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality Control is Missing I purchase a Turbotax CD from a retail store. Put the CD in and nothing. No auto start, prompts, message, or anything else -nothing. After a few seconds the CD drive ejected the CD. The CD contained no files. None, nada. The CD wasn't even formatted. I called Turbotax and they help me registered and I used the license from the CD to file my taxes. They were great helping me through the process and very patient but after years of using your product I am disappointed in your quality control and lack of a technical support number.
