Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great, but.... I have always had a good experience with TurboTax for many years. However, this year my previous tax return would not carry over. It was not nearly as convenient as before. I tried all of the online help from TurboTax but nothing would help despite having several years of tax history on the computer I was using.

I love how it helps me navigate through the entire taxes process with easy to follow step by step instructions and even tips and info on why I qualify for specific deductions and the numbers I'm receiving go up on the top really helps make this process a more enjoyable one.
