Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tubo Tax 2022- just meh... I was so impressed with the 2021 version of Turbo Tax - but not so much with the 2022 version. It was not nearly as intuitive to use, and some of the sections were presented in a weird order. Hoping for better in 2023.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is good but expensive year over year I have been using turbo tax. It is easy, got good explanations , good for salaried tax payers. However, they are raising the cost every year. Also , I observe that turbo tax is prompting unnecessary add ons confusing the tax payers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too many prompts to buy Upgrades 1) I was not auto prompted to add my home ownership, or crypto ownership info. I was difficult to figure out how to force it in. This I think is an effort to get people to upgrade for assistance. 2) Too many prompts to get customers to buy Max coverage or otherwise upgrade plan. You should offer these upgrades only twice, at the beginning and at the end.
