Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not user-friendly With the time, knowledge, and frustration required to use this (I can only hope) correctly, plus the required additional purchases for state and local filing, I might as well have hired an accountant. I doubt I'll use this product again in the future as I have very low confidence in my ability to use it and get anything done correctly. Search features were useless and "help" features just kicked me back to the same old not-helpful forums I've become all too accustomed to with using other versions of TurboTax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great when it works. The full service tax expert was awesome. She did taxes diligently and efficiently. However I will never use it again. TurboTax took so long to get me a tax expert that the first thing I was told was to file an extension. Then after I was told it would take 72 hours to match me with an expert, it took 14 days. Plus TurboTax swamped my expert with so many people she couldn't talk to me much about my information. Plus the kicker is that after paying for the product, i got to keep 12 dollars of my refund lol. Use TurboTax but use the free unless you got 500 smackaroos just laying around.
