Rated 2 out of 5 by from Directions for Inputting IP PIN are the WORST I wasted more time trying to figure out how to input the IP PIN into Turbotax and would have been faster filing by mail. The instructions for inputting our IP PINs were horrible!! I will think very hard next year before wasting my money on TurboTax!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from software excelent, but misleading Would have given 5 stars but since I was forced to do the deluxe to file instead of the free file like I was told i only did 3. I am unhappy with the misinformation and will consider using a different service next year. I only used the service because of time constraints
