Rated 5 out of 5 by from Puts the Mind at Ease I am someone who struggles with lots of anxiety and just a plethora of irrational fears. Taxes were one of them ! But Turbo Tax never fails to make filing SO EASY. I’ll always use them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as smooth as I expected I did not care for the fact that there were so many tiers to the product. I also found some of the sections items to be vaguely answerable. Some further information was unattainable unless I wanted to pay the max cost for one or two questions to be answered.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Pretty Easy Some questions were asked about boxes that were not on my 1099. It wouldn't let me skip them, so I had to check for form to be accepted. Hope it's correct!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overpriced Turbo Tax does the job as always and offers assistance, but its very over priced for a do it yourself system. It also tries to sneak in fees as you go along, so it feels very sketchy. It would be nice to use a self service system to file taxes without being on edge the whole time and feeling ripped off in the end.

A program Id# that can be loaded to start and not the disc. I am having to return disc to Sams because I couldnt get in to load and had to pay $40 dollars more on your site.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Last couple of years not a great experience Last year turbo tax never gave us our completed refund amount. Found several reviews online saying the same thing. This year I ran into an issue with child care provider Turbo tax required EIN number that i did not have. However, the turbo tax help kept refering to my social security number. Also, this year we had to pay in to federal; this may have just been the case but due to the other issues next year will likely try somewhere else. Additioanlly, turbo tax service is getting very expensive compared to comparable services.
