Rated 4 out of 5 by from high confidence but a few quirks Would love to give 5 stars, but after several loops through the same processes without an obvious reason. I got a bit frustrated. When doing a check and something needs to be checked or reviewed, the process will take you back to the section. If the review piece is not face up, but part of a subsection it is not obvious. I went through the same process mulitple times before figuring it out. would like to see a more specific redirect. Also, the sales steps for upselling to other turbo tax products is annoying and takes too many clicks to get through - would like to be able to bypass.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from More trouble every year Last year could not help me to properly file when it was rejected though it was a simple fix. This year when I tried to see past tax returns, it was so complicated I never figured it out and had to go to the IRS site. The only reason I use this service is because my information is kept here and retrievable. I am not sure I will ever go through this mess again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ONLINE PURCHASE VS IN STORE OF TURBO TAX I WAS DISAPPOINTED LAST YEAR WHEN WE PURCHASED THE PROGRAM DIRECTLY ONLINE FOE I BELIEVE FOR $40 JUST TO FIND OUT WE WOULD HAVE TO THEN GO TO THE STORY TO PAY FOR THE PROGRAM ANYWAY TO BE ABLE TO DO OUR CHILDREN'S TAXES IN OUR OWN HOUSEHOLD. SO BOTTOM LINE I TRUELY CONSIDERED TO PURCHASING THE PROGRAM FROM H&R BLOCK
