Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not easy, not automated, terrible, and convoluted Do not say it's an easy/automated platform when your website doesn't work half of the time and I file for automated returns and payments, but still make me do it manually??? That doesn't make sense --> and try to make it a game with a stupid "race timer" when entering tax information. This is serious stuff and you guys market your product as a fun thing. It's not. Especially when being placed into a new tax bracket, moving homes, new jobs, getting laid off, or any other financial burden, you twats are so happy. You guys are clueless and cruel. Of my 7 years using Turbo Tax, this year is the last.
