Rated 5 out of 5 by from Costs much less than a CPA I don't like the idea of hiding what is going into the forms. There needs to be a place to enter income from an oil ETN. Other than that I was able to get professional help quickly and the coverage was good. The imports worked well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible experience. I had to go through the process twice. My first expert had my information by 3/18 and never contacted me again. I had to completely restart. This was a horrible experience and I will never use this platform again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Bad experience with TurboTax Vey bad product support, I had to talk 6 hours to customer service and 4 support people to get my TurboTax to work and 3 product keys. and I'm still out my $69.95 for 2021 disk version. At least they got the 2022 on line to work.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good product. Sleazy tactics to get extra $ from U I like the software---it is user friendly. What I do not like is the multiple attempts this company makes to squeeze more money out of you. If you don't pay close attention to what you are clicking, you will find yourself agreeing to an "extra" like the $39 to have the turbo tax filing fee taken from your refund vs. using your own credit card to pay. Seems gimmicky. I'm already buying your product, relax.
